Policies

Attendance Folsom Cordova Adult School adheres to a strict attendance policy. Students may be allowed three (3) absences per semester in ASE and ABE and it is required that students attend the entire time of the class. If a student is dropped from a class, he or she must re-enroll and be placed on the waiting list (if applicable).  

Dress Code
Folsom Cordova Adult School follows the dress code policy of the Folsom Cordova Unified School District.  

No Refunds
The Folsom Cordova Adult School has a No Refund Policy. The Adult School regrets it cannot adjust or transfer fees to accommodate students' personal needs. A full refund of fees will be made if the Adult School cancels a class. 

Student Pacing and Participation  It is required that students complete coursework at the time recommended by the instructor. Students who cannot keep up, or who have barriers to reaching their goals, should consult their teacher, the principal, or school advisor for guidance.

Sexual Harassment Policy The Governing Board is committed to maintaining a learning environment that is free of harassment. The board prohibits the unlawful sexual harassment of any student by any employee, student, or other person at school or at any school-related activity. The district is committed to taking serious, immediate, and appropriate action with respect to violations of our sexual harassment policy, (BP 5145.7)
